A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposit is refundable
(less $100 handling fee) if cancellation is received in writing by fax
or e-mail four weeks prior to arrival date. Thereafter, refund only
upon rebooking of an equivalent stay.
Cooking, laundry, child care and
shopping services, boat, and golf cart rentals, fishing and diving
guides are available for additional cost.
Our dock will comfortably
accommodate yachts up to 70 feet with a seven foot draft. Harbor
Cottage guests will be offered a discounted rate.
